Engineering

The Engineering Department ensures that City sewer, watermain, storm drain, and street improvements are designed and constructed to City specifications. This department coordinates engineering services during residential and industrial development planning and construction stages.

Engineering maintains records for various construction projects in the city, as-built files, and utility service locations.

Technical Assistance

Traffic-related comments or concerns (requests for stop signs, no parking signs, sidewalks, etc.) can be reported on our online Traffic Review Committee Form.

Road Maintenance

Proposed Future Projects

The City is currently researching the feasibility of the Coon Creek Trail project.  This trail would run from Main Street to 121st Avenue and possibly include a boardwalk.  Please check back for more information and graphics soon.
