The Recycling Center is currently open with a modified schedule. We are extremely busy, and appreciate your patience. You will notice a few changes that have been put in place to limit contact. We suggest you locate the items you are bringing into the center on our website for specific details that may have changed. We are also experiencing very high call volumes. If you have specific questions you can also send an email for a faster response. See the link at the bottom of the page. For all updates regarding City of Coon Rapids service changes, visit the special COVID-19 web page.
Organics Program: If you use the organics program, please continue to bring your materials during the facility closure. The organics bin has been moved outside of the gate for easy access. Please use social distancing measures and respect others in front of you when dropping off your materials.
Small business and organizations/Commercial accounts:
Due to the large volume of people in the facility each day we have reserved times available for small business and commercial accounts to use the facility while we are closed to the public. Please contact the Recycling Coordinator to get set up on this program if you have large loads, or are with small business or organization. 763-767-6485.
