Coon Rapids Boulevard / East River Road Corridor Study: The purpose of this study is to identify concepts for improving mobility, increasing safety, and enhancing the appearance and economic vitality along the Coon Rapids Boulevard/East River Road corridor.
Port Riverwalk Master Plan (PDF): This plan established policies and recommends various infrastructure projects for the Port Riverwalk redevelopment area along Coon Rapids Boulevard near Avocet Street.
